3 sticks butter softened
1 (8oz) package Cream cheese softened
3 cups sugar 6 large eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1/8 teas salt 1 Tbls vanilla
· Beat Butter & cream cheese at medium speed with mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until blended after each addition.
· Combine flour & Salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating at low speed just until blended. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into a greased & floured 10” bundt pan.
Bake @ 300’ for 1 hour, 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10-15 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool completely on wire rack.
