*2 cups butter 2 tsp vanilla
*2 cups brown sugar 4 eggs
*2 cups white sugar
3 cups flour 6 cups quick cooking oats
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt 1 ½ cups coconut ½ cup raisins
½ cup nuts
Cream Butter, brown sugar, & white sugar until fluffy.
Stir in vanilla; add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each addition.
Sift together Flour, salt, baking soda.
Add oats and mix.
Add coconut, raisins & nuts
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet 2” apart.
Bake at 350’ for 10-12 minutes.
You can make mixture ahead of time and freeze rolls in waxed paper and bake when needed.
