Praise for Bud's Health
January 23rd, 2009
Bud "failed" his stress test. 99% Blockage in one artery was found during his heart cath. 2 stents later he's
back better than ever! His Dr. was visibly shaken at what he found and jumped into action to get the artery opened up quickly.
God was with Bud and we feel very blessed!

Prayers for Tabi who just got laid off.

Hi friends, > We all know the economy is getting bad and we see
signs everywhere and > it's frightening. We've heard of jobs being lost and businesses > hurting...
Well, Monday it hit home in my little world. Tabi was laid > off. She was notified and let go all in one day with
only a couple of > weeks severance pay. > Brad works for UPS as a driver but drivers must put in so many
hours > of driving before the "good money" arrives. He will not have enough > hours until fall of
09'. Tabi has been the breadwinner and now that is > gone. > The good news is she was already gearing
her life to other avenues of > income by going back to school this fall in pursuit of her Masters with > teaching
high school level as her goal. She also has a very good HR work > history since she managed the transition of the
Nissan call center (over > 200 employees) from CA to TN. Last year Rhandstad (the work force > company she
works for) lost the Nissan contract and most of the Nissan > call center was "off shored" to Canada. > This loss of job comes at a very bad time since it's just before the > holidays. It has been happening
all over the nation already, it's just > now hit my world. I ask that you keep Tabi and Brad in your prayers as > they try to survive this latest storm and also, all the other families > facing the very same challenge. > Lastly, I talked to Tabi last night. We discussed how we were facing > the very same challenge with my brother
Mark this time last year. He > left one job without another in place, stepping out on faith, and yet > God
has blessed him so much with a much better and more satisfying > career. Also, I remember the day my Dad came home
when I was about 5 or > 6, with the news that he had fell at work (building houses) needed > hernia surgery
and his boss had "let him go". Three kids and a wife to > feed and now no income. God prevailed. He placed
Dad in a job that > provided health benefits that carried on into his retirement and still > today. >
God has a plan for Tabi. He has a specific place and job for her. He > will work good for his glory through this but
it's going to take faith > and lots and lots of prayer. God never promised life was going to be > easy,
but he did promise that he would never leave us and he would guide > us if we let him. > It's scary to
be "free-falling" and the only way to survive is to grab > hold of prayer and hang on. > >
Prayerfully, > > > Denise Bradberry

Prayers for Mom
Mom's not been feeling well recently. Last week they began treating her for Lyme's Disease
but not sure exactly what the problem is. She has flu like symptoms and no energy. It is a possiblity that something is out
of sync due to the Pituitary gland tumor she had to have removed last year.
Whatever the source, it's weakening
Mom greatly. Friday they started her on cortisone and this has given her a bit of a boose.
Please keep her in your prayers!
Sept 1st, 08'
Happy Anniversary Mom &

When God leads you to the edge of the cliff, trust
Him fully and let go, only 1 of 2 things will happen, either He'll catch you when you fall, or He'll
teach you how to fly! God closes doors no man can open & God opens doors no man can close. Have a blessed
day and remember to be a blessing...

Prayers for Lynn Cranfield (Diana Cranfield's husband)
Diana is the Farm Loan PT in Athens. Our computers are linked due to my Co-Worker Dan is her supervisor, so
we are very close to her. Her husband was found with a mass covering his chest cavity late Jan, early Feb; Advanced, aggressive
lung cancer. The Doctors said then without treatment, 4 months, with treatment 8 months. But they hung in there, he's always
been the picture of health... Lynn and Diana are about my age and were high school sweet hearts. They have two grown
children. Lynn is Diana's world and we've watched her struggle with this battle. She is a short petite feisty
blonde and hard worker. Lynn's done with the chemo and went to have a CAT scan Friday to verify that he was
cancer free. That is what they expected to hear... But it was found the cancer had come back in his brain. This
a a very aggressive Cancer once it shows up in the brain. Well, that is the expectations without miracles from God. Below
is part of an email Diana sent us Monday, August 11th.

Dr. Lee called me on Friday before Mike got Lynn home from Knoxville. Lynn's
cancer has spread to the frontal lobe of the brain. This part of the brain controls the motor skills, vision, and
the ability to concentrate. He has numerous cancer lesions so surgery is not an option. He will need
radiation everyday for two weeks starting tomorrow in hope that they will shrink and with God's grace go away.
They are expecting him to respond very well because he did so well with Chemo. After the radiation, they will give
him time to rest and get stronger and then they need to do one more round of Chemo to get rid of the two small places
in the chest cavity that remains.
Friday, after I hung up the phone with Dr. Lee, I just feel to my knees and
reminded God that he promised not to put anything on us that we could not handle. I told him he was pushing it
and that our family needed a break (but of course, he already knew that). He reminded me that all we needed
to do was put our trust in him and anything was possible.
Please just keep on praying that this works and
that I do not totally lose it.
Love you guys. Diana
