(Please be patient for photos to download. It's worth the wait!)
Bud seems to have been born with a passion for metal & oil.
Here
he is with his very first car, a 1931 Model A, Roadster Deluxe. (Click on photo to enlarge)
By the late 50's (57',58') Bud was racing his 55' convertible, building his
own engines. His Dad, Raymond was right there with him cheering him on. (Click on photo to enlarge)
In the early 60's Bud turned to Dragsters, building his own (of course). Racing had become his
passion.
Here are a few photos of cars Bud has owned over the years. Black 61' Chevy White 59' Chevy Blue 62' Chevy was the only car Bud has ever ordered
New. Black 59' Chevy 57' Chevy The 52' Ford Convertible was Bud's 2nd car to own.

Over the years Bud, with his Dad and growing sons, collected several car projects. It became a family hobby
that all participated in.
This Family Hobby included visiting Car Shows & Swap Meets to find bargains on Old Rusty Car Parts.
This continues to this day.
By the time Bud's sons had reached their teen years the focus was on an awesome machine; the 69'
Camaro. Each son had a restored 69' Camaro by the time he turned 16.
Bud continues to restore his vintage cars covering each and every detail. His Garage is a place of content
for not only him but for his sons also.
"...Some of the local racers are Bud Morton with a chevrolet powered dragster which turns 155 miles per hour...."
