Oh My! It’s that time of year. Blackberries ripening and my mouth is watering.
I do believe Blackberries are my favorite fruit! And when they are in season, I’m on the hunt for easy and tasty recipes. Here are a couple of Keepers:
This is a super easy recipe.
* Follow the instructions on a regular cake mix
* Spoon 1/2 of the cake batter into a greased dish
* Spoon canned Blackberries onto the batter.
* Add rest of the batter.
* bake as cake mix instructs.
* Ta Da!! Enjoy!!
So, My co-worker, Debbie Brown was having a birthday… Yeah, the fabulous one. And we could not let it slip by without a bit of celebration. I chose this Black Velvet Cake with three ( yes, 3!!) Raspberry fillings. Topped it off with Chocolate Cream cheese Icing and oh, MY!
